1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 2c2p platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by 2c2p.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our content or services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use 2c2p's services. This platform is not intended for minors and we reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a user below the permitted age.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of 2c2p's services, you will need to register and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password combination.
- Log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Report any suspicious activity to the 2c2p support team promptly.
2c2p reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to meet legal compliance requirements. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before any withdrawal is approved.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
2c2p users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that harms other users is strictly prohibited.
Platform usage rules that must be observed include:
- Each user is permitted to hold only one account.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any technical means to manipulate the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Posting harmful or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights, is not permitted.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with system operations is not permitted.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime is strictly prohibited.
2c2p reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating the account of any user found to be in breach of any of the above rules, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required under Malaysian law.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 2c2p platform are conducted in MYR. We support a range of local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and interbank transfers among Malaysian banks. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and belong to them. The use of third-party payment methods without explicit authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour on business days, subject to successful identity verification. 2c2p reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing if any suspicious activity is detected or if additional verification requirements need to be fulfilled first.
Any refund requests or transaction disputes must be reported to the 2c2p support team within 30 days of the original transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed. We will thoroughly investigate each complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
2c2p shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption resulting from use of the platform.
The 2c2p platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranty that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or will meet any specific user expectations. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
Regarding account policy, 2c2p reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation if unusual activity is detected or a complaint is received. Suspended accounts will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe and users will be informed of the outcome. Accounts permanently closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible to open a new account on our platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and materials on the 2c2p platform are our exclusive property and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from 2c2p. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action being taken against the offending party.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain references or information relating to third-party services. 2c2p is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to read and understand the relevant third-party terms of service before using them.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
2c2p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be announced via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to registered users. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain up to date with the current terms in effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the 2c2p platform or these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for any related legal proceedings.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be minimally modified to make it enforceable, while all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. 2c2p's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
